　　2019年，来自台北的青年王伸豪跨越海峡来到厦门。一年后，他就职于厦门市思明区厦港街道成立的沙坡尾工作坊。王伸豪之所以选择厦门，主要是因为这里离台湾仅仅一水之隔，非常近，这里还有他熟悉的闽南语和饮食习惯。这些都让性格开朗的王伸豪能够迅速融入大陆。沙波尾的居民朋友们亲切地称呼他为阿豪，还有人觉得阿豪像本地人，甚至还有人说他是渔民的后代。

　　在保护传承传统文化的过程中，王伸豪与当地居民、商家打成一片，成了朋友。王伸豪用心走遍沙波尾每条大街小巷，跟沙坡尾的阿公阿嬷成为无话不谈的好邻居。作为工作坊的负责人，他希望将沙坡尾的老记忆、老故事都记录下来。比如，之前有位90多岁的老人，拿出了一本40年前的工作笔记，笔记上有很多老者自己手绘的鱼，这些都是很珍贵的历史印记。因此，王伸豪的团队打算举办一个展览，把这些历史的宝贵遗存分享给所有在地乡亲及游客。

　　如今随着厦门城市的快速发展，想要找寻沙坡尾的老物件或老故事已经不太容易，然而往昔的点滴回忆，在一砖一瓦间，也在沙坡尾老居民和阿豪的交谈中一直流传着。

　　王伸豪还努力探索通过新颖的文创形式让更多人了解厦港的文化历史，用自己的方式向大众讲述沙坡尾和台湾的渊源。王伸豪是微信公众号“沙坡那尾鱼”的运营者和《厦港历史漫画》的作者；沙坡尾工作坊经过不断探索，成立了“沙坡尾活态展示馆”；透过公益学堂，激发青少年的兴趣；以“老文化新包装”的方式，让年轻一代投入到文化的传承工作中。接下来，阿豪还会开展文化公益活动，传播厦港海洋文化，为加深两岸文化融合创造无限活力。

　　通过与大陆青年的交流交往，王伸豪认为，两岸年轻人应该在合作中增进理解、共同成长。在大陆的台青无论是在工作还是生活中，都应该和大陆青年多接触、多沟通，并积极参与各种交流活动，了解和体验当地文化。王伸豪准备策划一些活动，比如通过研学活动帮助台青朋友更深入地融入在地生活，让两岸青年在交流融合中拓展朋友圈。

　　近年来，有越来越多的台湾青年来到大陆发展。2023年，大陆出台了《中共中央 国务院关于支持福建探索海峡两岸融合发展新路 建设两岸融合发展示范区的意见》。其中提到，支持台胞深度参与福建当地社区建设、基层治理等实践活动。

　　同样是来自台北的熊麒现在是厦门市湖里区兴隆社区的台胞主任助理。厦门市湖里区兴隆社区是台胞比较集中的社区，登记在册的台胞就有300多人。熊麒和众多热心台胞一样，不仅积极参加社区活动，还常常为社区两岸同胞排忧解难。社区邻里间发生小纠纷，磕磕碰碰在所难免，但在熊麒的调解下都得到了圆满解决。时间一长，熊麒得到了整个社区群众的认可和支持。2013年，熊麒成为大陆首位台胞社区主任助理，辅助社区治理工作。2015年，社区支持熊麒成立了“熊麒个人调解工作室”，主要负责调解社区内的居民争端，尤其是让熊麒作为台湾同胞调解由于两岸观念不同所引发的一些居民矛盾。厦门湖里区兴隆社区也获批成为厦门市首个对台服务试点社区，并与台湾同名社区共建，派选干部赴台驻点“零距离”学习。

　　熊麒告诉笔者，这些年做社区台胞主任助理帮助了不少人，也学到了不少东西。他发现，很多事情还是需要多讲、多做。比如，一些没有本地户籍的台胞小孩，只要事先登记，就可以在本地公立学校就读。但一些台胞对于大陆新出台的惠台政策了解并不及时，导致孩子入学时出现问题，就需要熊麒这样的社区工作者走到基层去多做工作、多宣讲。

　　像熊麒一样，已经有越来越多的台湾同胞主动担任社区志愿者。每年的社区运动会中，兴隆社区一定会有一支台胞组成的队伍参与其中，这也见证了一代代台湾同胞融入在地生活、参与社区冶理，和城市共同成长。
